These are my favorite drums in a small kit setup, recorded with my favorite microphones, going through my favorite outboard. I’ve recorded a 4-piece kit with five cymbals. The final results make me smile every time I hear them!

I've also included more than fifty MIDI files I recorded while creating the presets. Use them as the backbone of your song or as a jumping-off point to edit into your next drumming masterpiece!

I discovered the distressing beauty and wonderful imperfection of Deckard's Dream years ago. Its potential is truly unlocked with an MPE controller. I use the Linnstrument, and the two have been used on most of my scores ever since arriving. The analog hardware is mono, but thanks to the miracle of sampling, we were able to capture three of these beasts stacked on top of each other, in ultra widescreen stereo with discrete left, center and right channels.
